It is the XLPE insulated with stranded tinned copper wire in compliance with RoHS standard.  This flat ribbon wire assemble with 2-6 conductors has the features of small bending radius, high flexibility which can help you minimize waste of space. The form of flat ribbon cable with a web between conductors, may be used same or mixed AWG sizes.
